Due to a recent influx of bots posting useless threads, be they in English or other languages, I've (HackedGlitch) prohibited guests from creating topics. Fret not, for they can still reply to threads if need be. Of course, it helps to make an account to stay updated on certain topics, but for those who have to desire to do so, you can still reply to threads.
